Welcome to Gwenright Nutrition! I'm Gwen and I'm a nutritionist. I specialise in working with busy anxious mums, helping them thrive, and not just survive, in motherhood. Peri-menopause is also a special interest of mine as it affects many women and how they experience their 30s, 40s and early 50s!
I have also worked as a Lecturer and Clinic Mentor for final year Nutritional Therapy students since 2016. The areas I have taught in are hormones, immune imbalances and some chronic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ME/CFS.
